What you will do

• Use digital tools, referrals, and events to source top STEM talent
• Interview and assess candidates to match them with client roles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from start to finish
• Specialize in vertical markets like Life Sciences, Tech, Engineering, or Maths

Requirements

• Prior experience in fast-paced, people-focused commercial environment (e.g., sales)
• Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and competitive
• Great communicator and team player
• Quick learner with a growth mindset
