Associate Recruitment Consultant

Location: Manchester City Centre, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home

Salary: Starting from £27,500 per year, higher depending on experience, plus uncapped commission

What you will do

• Source STEM talent through digital tools, referrals, and events.
• Interview and assess candidates for suitable opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Negotiate offers and make placements.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from start to finish.
• Specialize in a defined vertical market.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales or a similar commercial, customer-focused role.
• Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and competitive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate a growth mindset.
• Ability to work from the Manchester office four days per week.
