Senior Product Specialist (Identity Security)

Location: Remote within the United States; Denver, Colorado is listed as an additional location and company headquarters.

Salary: $162,000–$182,000 per year

What you will do

• Represent the company in roadmap presentations and strategic briefings for C-suite and senior leadership audiences.
• Lead technical discussions and workshops covering authentication, fraud detection, risk engines, and identity verification.
• Advise enterprise customers by connecting technical solutions with business outcomes, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Gather customer and market insights to influence product strategy and long-term roadmaps.
• Partner with account teams and solution engineers on evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and production deployments.
• Create executive enablement materials, demo scripts, technical guides, and thought leadership content.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, solutions engineering, technical account management, product enablement, consulting, or another customer-facing technical role.
• Experience engaging executive stakeholders and delivering technical deep dives and strategic presentations.
• Technical fluency with OAuth, OIDC, SAML, FIDO, and Passkeys.
• Ability to connect authentication technologies with risk, fraud, and identity verification domains.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into business value for decision-makers.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.
