Director of Product Management, Platform (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - US (East or Central)

Salary: $183,000–$230,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute the platform and integrations roadmap, including build-versus-partner decisions and prioritization based on revenue and retention impact.
• Own API, webhook, partner onboarding, and joint roadmap strategies for the technology partnership ecosystem.
• Design and evolve pricing and packaging across the tiered SaaS portfolio, including credits, contracts, and feature and integration entitlements.
• Lead role-based access control, authentication, customer administration, and enterprise security capabilities.
• Oversee customer experience areas including customer journeys, scoping and calculator experiences, findings and reports, asset and engagement management, and customer-facing catalogues.
• Manage Product Operations and a team of PMs, establish roadmap and QBR cadences, and coordinate execution with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Security/Compliance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a people-leadership role such as Director, Group PM, or equivalent. Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity is preferred within this requirement.
• Demonstrated ownership of platform, integrations, or ecosystem products, including build-versus-partner decisions and API/webhook-based integrations at scale.
• Direct experience designing pricing and packaging for a multi-tier or multi-product SaaS portfolio.
• Working knowledge of access control, authentication, and enterprise security and compliance requirements, including RBAC, SSO, and SAML/OIDC.
• Experience leading product operations or platform functions supporting an entire product organization, including metrics, tooling, and roadmap cadence.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, aligning Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success around a shared roadmap.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present strategy and tradeoffs to executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or pentesting/offensive security.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira/Confluence, and Pendo.
