What you will do

  • Translate market and customer insights into jobs to be done that improve asset coverage, intelligence, and scalability.
  • Own solution packaging, pricing, monetization, and commercial models for integrated hardware/software offerings, tiered SaaS, service bundles, and outcome-based offers.

  • Establish services KPIs including ARR/MRR, adoption, reliability, NRR, time-to-value, and service attach rate, and govern roadmaps and releases.
  • Develop customer discovery, implementation blueprints, onboarding, adoption, customer success, and value-realization plans while collaborating with Product Owners on backlog prioritization, feature definition, and Agile delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience in digital services management, enterprise software, or integrated hardware/software solutions for industrial or utility software.
  • Demonstrated success launching SaaS offerings and building recurring services, including onboarding, managed services, premium support, or training.
  • Strong commercial skills in pricing and packaging, business cases, win/loss analysis, and sales enablement.
  • Hands-on experience with the utility ecosystem, including asset health, protection and control, condition monitoring, and maintenance workflows for transformers, generators, breakers, switchgear, or cables.
  • Technical fluency in cloud platforms, data pipelines, telemetry, APIs, role-based security, and basic AI or analytics concepts.
  • Comfort with power-utility standards and enterprise constraints, including air-gapped networks, change control, cybersecurity reviews, and data residency.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively from customer sites to the C-suite and present clear data-driven stories.

Nice to have

  • Background in reliability engineering, predictive maintenance, or grid operations.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance for cloud services.
  • Exposure to NERC CIP-aligned security practices or SOC 2 readiness.
