Senior Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: Full-time onsite in Hawthorne, Los Angeles, California, five days a week, with very limited exceptions.

Salary: $115,000–$175,000 per year, plus significant stock option packages.

hirify.global builds AI-native manufacturing systems integrating software, hardware, and physics to produce industrial-scale parts, including advanced metal 3D printing technology.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, onsite interviews, interview debriefs, offers, and closing.
• Maintain active pipelines and provide a high-touch experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with teammates and company leadership on headcount planning, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Recruit across software, machine learning, hardware engineering, operations, and leadership disciplines.
• Organize tech talks and external talent events while supporting employer branding campaigns.
• Analyze recruiting data and metrics to improve hiring efficiency and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or 4+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in software, machine learning, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar deep-tech discipline.
• In-house recruiting experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly with hiring managers and technical leadership.
• Ability to work onsite full-time at the Hawthorne facility, five days per week.

• Experience pitching equity or stock options during offer processes.
• Ability to manage multiple searches, adapt to changing priorities, and operate effectively with limited infrastructure.
