Talent Acquisition Partner (AI)

Location: Sydney, Australia; hybrid working with 4 days per week in the CBD office

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define workforce plans, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Manage approximately 15 active roles across data center infrastructure and operations, project management, and mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Develop sourcing strategies, proactive talent pools, industry networks, and market maps for recurring and business-critical roles.
• Build shortlists through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, referrals, applications, and selective agency engagement.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and data in Greenhouse, tracking activity, conversions, bottlenecks, and hiring risks.
• Support TA projects and coordinate with the TA Coordinator on scheduling, reference checks, job postings, contracts, and onboarding handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, 360 Recruiter, or in a similar advisory recruitment role.
• Experience recruiting for data center infrastructure, technology, project management, or electrical and mechanical engineering functions is highly desirable.
• Experience managing high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and stakeholder confidence.
• Strong sourcing, talent pooling, market mapping, communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
• Based in Sydney and able to work in the office 4 days per week.
