Product Builder, Agent Governance (AI)

Location: Seattle, WA, United States

Salary: $150,000–$220,000 annual base salary, plus performance-based annual bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Build products that provide visibility, governance, and control for AI-powered agents and workflows.
• Design approval flows, audit trails, operational guardrails, and human review workflows.
• Create observability experiences, dashboards, and reporting that explain AI system behavior and performance.
• Improve traceability, accountability, model evaluation, and operational confidence.
• Partner with enterprise customers to translate governance requirements into intuitive product experiences.
• Own product strategy and execution from concept through launch, production rollout, and iteration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and launching software products in product management, product leadership, product engineering, or similar builder-focused roles.
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems, large language models, agent architectures, and production AI operations.
• Experience owning products from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
• Ability to prototype independently using AI-powered development tools and modern product-building workflows.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to balance user experience, business requirements, and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.

Nice to have

• Experience with governance, observability, compliance, security, risk management, or enterprise administration products.
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, model monitoring, lineage tracking, auditability, or AI operational tooling.
• Experience working with enterprise customers deploying AI systems at scale.
