What you will do
- Own a core product area from customer discovery and problem definition through launch, adoption, iteration, and impact measurement.
- Interview users, understand workflows and pain points, and turn insights into roadmap decisions.
- Translate customer feedback and internal ideas into clear problem statements, PRDs, and focused product bets.
- Prototype solutions with v0, Figma Make, and other no-code or low-code tools before engineering investment.
- Partner with engineering, design, founders, and customers to prioritize, ship, and improve high-quality features.
- Define success metrics, run lightweight experiments, and help debug workflow, UX, AI behavior, and data-quality issues.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management or a product-focused role.
- Experience owning a problem space end-to-end from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Experience building products for complex or technical users, such as finance, data, developer, or B2B SaaS users.
- Strong product sense and the ability to turn ambiguous feedback into clear requirements.
- Comfort working directly with customers and making roadmap decisions from qualitative insights.
- Excellent written communication and experience working in fast-moving startup environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services or with tools for investment banking, private equity, consulting, or asset management.
- Experience at an AI, data, or developer tools company.
- Background as an engineer, data scientist, or other technical specialist.
