hirify.global is developing a high-reliability AI chat application focused on practical, real-world utility and complex workflow automation.

What you will do

  • Define end-to-end AI system requirements and translate ML capabilities into product decisions.
  • Manage trade-offs between quality, latency, cost, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with ML, backend, and mobile engineers on system architecture and iteration.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks utilizing offline metrics, online experiments, and human feedback.
  • Own end-to-end product quality, ensuring predictability and user trust.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in computer science, including algorithms and system design.
  • Solid understanding of ML fundamentals and LLM-based production systems.
  • Experience in model evaluation, prompt iteration, and managing feedback loops.
  • Proven track record of owning complex technical products end-to-end.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior engineering and ML teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience shipping AI-centric consumer products.
  • Engineering background or experience as a highly technical PM.
  • Skill in defining evaluation metrics for ML systems.
  • Intuition for AI UX patterns and failure handling.
  • Experience in zero-to-one product environments.
