Technician 3, Process (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Monitor KPIV/KPOV dashboards and follow up on process variation indicators, including IRIS, FAI, OSA particles, VI buyoff, PSAT, EBO, EPO, and VOID.
• Identify disks for failure analysis, coordinate sample pull requests, perform FA1 measurements, and support engineering troubleshooting.
• Collect, plot, and analyze raw process data for engineering use and rapid turnaround.
• Support engineering evaluations, including dummy evaluations, sample particle collection, yield qualification, and target-condition verification.
• Review disk mapping results and conduct buyoff evaluations within required quality and process-control windows.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and process teams on investigations, root cause analysis, process improvements, and containment actions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Science, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.
• Work experience in a manufacturing environment, especially with chamber systems.
• Familiarity with yield-tracking data systems and visualization tools such as IRIS and FAI dashboards.
• Basic knowledge of statistical process control and data interpretation.
• Strong analytical and observational skills, attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and effective communication.
• Ability to work independently, respond quickly to urgent requests, and work in cleanroom and production-floor environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with sputtering processes, yield engineering, or a related field.
