Senior Finance Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounting, financial operations, and reporting across multiple geographies.
• Manage Xero across multiple entities and maintain accurate financial accounting records.
• Manage invoicing systems involving complex contracts and hybrid pricing models.
• Optimize payment processing and reconciliation to support customer experience and on-time payments.
• Develop and maintain the company’s financial model.
• Manage statutory filing requirements and deliver timely, high-quality financial reporting.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a scaling B2B startup.
• Proficiency with Xero for financial accounting and reporting.
• Experience managing customer contracts and hybrid pricing systems through third-party providers.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.

Nice to have

• An advanced degree or professional qualification such as an MBA or CPA.
• Experience with SQL databases and data visualization tools such as Looker.
