FP&A Manager (Fintech)

Location: United Kingdom; hybrid working with office attendance on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday and remote working on Tuesday and Friday.

What you will do

• Contribute to budgeting cycles and rolling forecasts.
• Build and maintain forward-looking financial models to support business decisions.
• Partner with budget owners and department leaders on budgeting, investment decisions, and performance management.
• Analyse financial and operational performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, variance commentary, and commercially focused reporting for the Board, investors, and leadership.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards while collaborating with Financial Reporting, Strategic Finance, Treasury, Data, and Leadership.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent experience, plus a relevant accounting, finance, or numerically oriented degree or qualification.
• Strong financial modelling, accounting, and financial reporting skills.
• Experience building enduring FP&A processes and improving forecasting accuracy.
• Ability to analyse information using business intelligence tools and translate financial data into actionable commercial insight.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular office attendance in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• SQL experience and the ability to self-serve data analysis.
• Experience in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
• Understanding of unit economics.
