Supply Chain Manager (Energy)

Location

Torrance, CA. Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or have eligible status to comply with U.S. export regulations (ITAR).

Salary: $112,000 – $185,000 + Equity

hirify.global is a Series C startup building mass-producible, inherently safe microreactors for terrestrial, underwater, and space applications.

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for commodities including machined components, electromechanical systems, and turbomachinery.
• Identify and onboard suppliers to support both prototyping and full-rate production.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on design for manufacturability.
• Coordinate with quality teams to ensure supplier compliance and documentation standards.
• Develop performance metrics and reporting to manage critical path items and support commercial negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in design/manufacturing engineering, supplier development, or supply chain management.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or asylee/refugee to meet ITAR requirements.
• Ability to travel up to 40% to interface with suppliers.
• Ability to work long hours and weekends as necessary to support critical milestones.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, semiconductor, or energy industries.
• Proficiency in MRP and ERP systems.
• Proven success in a startup environment.
