Focus on translating bookings and revenue data into decisions, improving renewal forecasting, and optimizing strategic enterprise deal structures with Sales and Deals Desk.
Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; primarily in-office at the Santa Clara office
Annual base salary: $168,000–$252,000 USD. The role may also be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do
- Own the Renewals planning cycle, including bookings forecasting, annual operating planning, workforce planning, and results reviews with Sales leadership.
- Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly bookings and revenue reporting, including metrics, dashboards, and early-warning indicators for at-risk renewals.
- Own quote review governance and track approval speed, quality, and accuracy.
- Drive the process and automation roadmap with Subscription Operations to improve quote velocity and decision-making at scale.
- Partner with Deals Desk and Sales on strategic enterprise agreements, optimizing terms, pricing, and contract economics.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Sales Operations, Deals Desk, IT, and Accounting to improve forecasting and scale systems and processes.
Requirements
- Significant experience in FP&A, GTM Finance, or business finance, preferably supporting subscriptions or renewals.
- Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, analytics, and decision-support skills.
- Experience building scalable reporting, dashboards, and automated processes.
- Ability to lead cross-functional work and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Strong attention to data integrity, risk identification, process discipline, and executive communication.
- Experience with Salesforce/CPQ, NetSuite, Tableau, or similar systems.
