Senior Manager of FP&A Revenue

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid workplace with periodic in-office presence encouraged for candidates in the NYC area. Quarterly travel is expected.

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 per year.

What you will do

• Partner with portfolio companies to understand revenue streams, systems, and reporting processes.
• Validate, reconcile, cleanse, and standardize revenue data across multiple systems and business environments.
• Ensure accurate revenue data flows into financial systems, including NetSuite.
• Build scalable revenue operations processes, frameworks, and governance across partner companies.
• Support revenue integrations, forecasting improvements, revenue modeling, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Systems, and partner company stakeholders to improve reporting consistency and data integrity.

Requirements

• Experience in Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or a related function in a multi-entity or high-growth environment.
• Strong systems knowledge; NetSuite experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to understand data flows across source systems, reporting tools, and financial systems.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on problem-solving approach and comfort working across multiple datasets and systems.
