hirify.global is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing.

What you will do

Communicate with customers via online chats and emails
Maintain a prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers
Resolve customer complaints effectively
Know products thoroughly to answer customer questions
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support

Requirements

Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English
Proactive attitude with customer support and sales skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail
Previous support role experience is advantageous
