What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new restaurant venues on the platform.
• Train partners on system usage and provide ongoing operational support.
• Conduct regular quality and satisfaction checks to ensure high service standards.
• Analyze user data to help partners develop and grow their business.
• Maintain menu accuracy, including text and visual content, to align with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve urgent issues and share best practices.

Requirements

• Fluent Polish and good English proficiency required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for partner-facing interactions.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and service-minded approach to work.
