What you will do

• Support merchants in contracting with hirify.global through DocuSign.
• Handle administrative tasks for merchant activation or orders, coordinating between internal departments and the merchant.
• Help merchants understand and analyze their AML & KYC requirements.
• Ensure successful completion of contracts in cooperation with Risk & compliance teams.
• Provide information to merchants in the initial deployment of hirify.global services and how to contact Customer Services.

Requirements

• Commercial and constructive communicator with internal & external contacts.
• Ability to quickly master digital tools (DocuSign online contracting suite).
• Ability to work independently and diligently to meet varying customer inflow and work successfully with others in the team.
• Diligent and accurate execution of processes, owning the outcome with a customer-centric mindset.
• Real team player, working together to co-create, solve, and innovate in a positive team atmosphere.
• Full professional proficiency in English required; French or German is a plus.
