Location: Poznań, Poland (Onsite)
Salary: PLN 10,000 - PLN 13,000 monthly

What you will do
- Manage a high-volume book of over 250 accounts to drive product adoption and renewals.
- Process renewals and assist customers with add-on services and subscription changes.
- Mitigate churn by presenting product value and managing objections via email and phone.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address at-risk situations and customer feedback.
- Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
- Support marketing nurture activities and respond to customer survey inquiries.
Requirements
- Fluency in both German and English is a must.
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a relevant customer-facing role.
- Experience managing renewal and negotiation conversations.
- Ability to understand customer business needs and connect them to product value.
- Professional communication skills for phone and email interactions.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on creative solutions.
