Location: Based in Warsaw, Poland
Overview
You will be communicating with customers through online-chats and emails, maintaining a prompt and empathetic attitude. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, and providing professional support.
What you will do
- Communicate with customers through online chats and emails.
- Maintain a prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide professional support for customers.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Hungarian and English.
- Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
