What you will do
- Answer inbound calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to platform users.
- Educate customers on important features, best practices, and platform processes.
- Manage daily workload and prioritize tasks to meet response and resolution metrics.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support teams when necessary.
Requirements
- Must be based in Ukraine.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
