Location: Remote (Must be based in Czechia, Poland, Serbia, Georgia, Armenia, or Portugal)

What you will do

  • Coordinate communications, timelines, and launches with a portfolio of iGaming providers.
  • Negotiate and finalize promotional and tournament terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage and track approved promo tasks and timelines within the CRM to maintain data accuracy.
  • Create and update tournament and promo boards for both internal and client-facing use.
  • Assist the finance department with monthly report reconciliation and tracking of commissions/discounts.
  • Develop and grow long-term partner relationships to secure favorable opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist, Account Manager, or Partner Relationship Manager.
  • Solid understanding of the B2B iGaming ecosystem and key metrics such as GGR, Turnover, and NGR.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Jira.
  • English (B2) and Russian proficiency required.
  • Strong data handling skills, high attention to detail, and responsibility.
  • Must be located in Czechia, Poland, Serbia, Georgia, Armenia, or Portugal.
