What you will do
- Handle customer cases via email and phone in Czech, Polish, and English.
- Support credit and underwriting activities, including credit line requests and status updates.
- Manage customer disputes, account changes, and merchant reimbursements.
- Oversee cash application and accounts receivable (A/R) management and research.
- Route and escalate cases according to procedures and SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide efficient and high-quality customer support.
Requirements
- Czech language: Minimum B2 level required.
- Polish language: Minimum B2 level required.
- English language: Minimum B2 level required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a team-player mindset.
