Senior MTS Product Development Engineering (DFT)

What you will do

• Lead complete product development cycles from pre-silicon design through post-silicon validation.
• Define, verify, and optimize full-chip test methodologies and on-chip DFT strategies.
• Introduce advanced engineering solutions to improve testability, product quality, and development efficiency.
• Collaborate with design, software, manufacturing, and product engineering teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks affecting product integrity and delivery timelines.
• Mentor engineers and foster technical knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field.
• 10–15 years of experience in semiconductor product development.
• Proven experience with DFT, full-chip test methodologies, and silicon validation.
• Experience leading complex projects from concept through production.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and developing high-performing teams.
