What you will do

• Develop and implement advanced DFT methodologies to maximize test coverage for complex SoC designs.
• Collaborate with design, verification, and manufacturing teams to define post-silicon strategies.
• Integrate DFT/DFD features into RTL and verify design-for-testability requirements.
• Debug and validate DFT features in partnership with post-silicon teams.
• Optimize workflows by incorporating AI and emerging industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DFT, SoC design, or related semiconductor areas.
• Expertise in RTL design using Verilog, VHDL, or SystemVerilog.
• Ability to work on-site in Penang, Malaysia as part of a hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI applications in semiconductor design.
• Knowledge of industry standards like IEEE 1687, 1149.1, or IEEE 1500.
• Proficiency with DFT tools such as Synopsys DFT Compiler, Mentor Tessent, or Cadence Modus.
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages for automation.
• Experience managing multi-functional teams or complex projects.
