Director, Enterprise Financial Planning (Automotive)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. Requires 4–5 days per week in the office at the hirify.global corporate headquarters, with regular in-person meetings, events, and occasional domestic and international business travel.

Salary: $170,000–$206,250 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Coordinate enterprise financial planning across Product, Production, Investment, Corporate, and Commercial Controlling.
• Own official company forecasts, long-range plans, and planning submissions to the parent company.
• Consolidate forecasts, plans, and scenarios across multiple legal entities and operating units.
• Maintain integrated financial models covering the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Lead executive-level financial reporting and communicate enterprise risks, opportunities, sensitivities, and required management actions.
• Define planning standards, assumptions, timelines, governance, and version-control practices.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise financial planning, FP&A, controlling, or corporate finance.
• Experience acting as a company-wide financial integrator or steering lead.
• Experience with multi-entity planning and consolidation in a growing or complex organization.
• Strong understanding of integrated financial statements, cash flow dynamics, liquidity, working capital, and capital deployment.
• Experience preparing and presenting executive-level and parent-company reporting materials.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, ERP, planning-tool, and complex-data-set skills.

Nice to have

• CPA or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification.
