Senior Director of Product Marketing (AI Infrastructure)

Location: San Jose, California, United States

Salary: $240,000–$300,000 per year, depending on experience, level, and business need; discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits may be available.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution for fabric switch and memory controller product lines.
• Define and execute product launches targeting hyperscaler and enterprise customers.
• Develop presentations, blogs, datasheets, and technical marketing collateral.
• Own competitive analysis and market intelligence for connectivity products, identifying trends and customer needs in AI infrastructure.
• Partner with engineering, sales, and executive leadership to influence roadmaps, enable strategic accounts, and align marketing initiatives with corporate strategy.
• Build and mentor a product marketing team and represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and analyst briefings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 12+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or technical marketing.
• Demonstrated experience with PCIe technology or high-speed switching and interconnect products.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor products and the silicon development lifecycle.
• Proven success leading product launches in the data center or infrastructure market.
• Experience presenting to and influencing technical audiences, including engineers and architects.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Experience marketing to hyperscaler and enterprise customers such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, or Meta.
• Familiarity with UALink, PCIe, CXL, AI/ML infrastructure, or data center architecture.
• Experience building and leading product marketing teams at high-growth technology companies.
• Strong executive presence and public speaking experience for industry events and analyst engagements.
