Warehouse Specialist (Advanced Electronics)

What you will do

• Manage daily raw-material receiving, issuing, import/export, and warehouse operations.
• Oversee on-site and external warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and system-to-physical stock consistency.
• Coordinate with production lines on material flow, production schedules, priorities, and timely material support.
• Plan logistics workforce, capacity, daily output, resource allocation, and task priorities.
• Resolve logistics abnormalities and adjust operating plans in response to production demand, material availability, and urgent requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen logistics processes, warehouse efficiency, operational stability, and team performance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of management experience in production-line, logistics, warehouse, or packing-line operations.
• College degree or above.
• Basic English reading and writing skills required for collaboration with global sites and cross-region teams.
• Experience leading Continuous Improvement (CIP) activities or projects.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset, ownership, and ability to drive results.
