Marketing Associate (AI Automation)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; onsite 5 days per week

Base salary: $75,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive awareness, expansion, and growth.
• Coordinate the planning, logistics, and execution of virtual and in-person corporate events.
• Support customer advocacy by selecting, writing, tracking, and amplifying customer stories.
• Track lead flow and campaign performance, translating metrics into insights for strategy optimization.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success on campaign alignment.
• Develop content and communication materials while managing marketing calendars, timelines, and corporate-system data accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior internship experience in event management, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
• Strong enthusiasm for marketing, an analytical mindset, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace or equivalent productivity suites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
