Base compensation: $65,000–$71,000 per year

What you will do

• Create and maintain project documentation for growth marketing initiatives.
• Manage campaign timelines, schedules, budgets, purchase orders, and spending records.
• Maintain swag inventory and coordinate shipping for campaigns and events.
• Track tasks and workflows in Asana and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Coordinate with Creative, Product Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business Development, and Product teams.
• Manage vendor coordination, event production logistics, status reporting, data tracking, and email marketing support.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related role.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with Asana, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail when managing budgets, inventories, schedules, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach; a bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
