MTS Product Development Engineer (FPGA)

What you will do

• Define, develop, verify, and optimize full-chip test methodologies, including on-chip DFT strategies, test vector generation, and coverage analysis.
• Design and implement scalable automated test equipment programs.
• Lead first-silicon debug, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design, software, manufacturing, and product engineering teams across the product lifecycle.
• Improve test cost, product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and production stability.
• Develop CMT/HMDT test modules, convert STIL patterns to pobj, and validate test programs on testers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field.
• At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor product development, test engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital and analog circuits, FPGA product development, and test methodologies.
• Proficiency in TCL and PERL scripting, with strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and experience mentoring engineers in cross-functional teams.
