Technical Recruiter

What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruiting across engineering, general and administrative, operations, and research functions.
• Source exceptional talent through direct outreach, technical communities, academic networks, and creative strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, culture, and mission alignment.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation.
• Build talent pipelines, maintain passive-candidate relationships, and establish recruiting best practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of recruiting experience.
• Technical recruiting experience, preferably with software engineers, researchers, or hardware engineers.
• Proven ability to source and close exceptional technical talent in competitive markets.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to discuss complex technical concepts with candidates.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present technical challenges and the company mission.
• Self-starter mindset, adaptability in ambiguous environments, high integrity, and strong professional judgment.
