Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing Automation)

What you will do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and continuously improve manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment availability, process capability, and production yield.
• Perform equipment failure analysis, drive equipment upgrades, and implement process improvements.
• Manage project initiation, planning, execution, production ramp-up, and process stability validation.
• Develop technical documentation and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide guidance and technical support to technicians and less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above and good English communication skills.
• At least 10 years of experience in non-standard automation production line projects.
• Experience with MES or related manufacturing systems, including cost control for spare parts, energy, and manpower.
• Expertise in manipulators, industrial robots, vision systems, and related software programming.
• Skills in electrical system design, cost estimation, team management, project coordination, and risk identification.
• Proficiency with design software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
