What you will do

• Supervise 2nd shift maintenance personnel and coordinate daily activities.
• Screen incoming work orders and plan/schedule repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Procure necessary equipment, tools, and replacement components.
• Communicate with contractors and vendors to ensure performance and productivity standards.
• Maintain facility systems and equipment reliability through rigorous PM programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production programs.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen or legal alien
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior supervision or leadership experience
• Technical experience at a Journeymen level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work off-shift, weekends, and overtime as required

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Kanban
• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
• Proven effectiveness in MTTF/MTBF reductions
