Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Lincoln, RI

What you will do

• Direct maintenance activities to ensure plant equipment is repaired with minimum downtime.
• Coordinate priority maintenance scheduling with production and scheduling departments.
• Supervise projects to ensure materials and labor are available for efficient, on-time completion.
• Prepare monthly maintenance schedules and allocate daily work tasks.
• Enforce company safety procedures and conduct daily safety meetings.
• Evaluate personnel performance and manage the ongoing training and competency of new staff.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficiency in mathematics and MS Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Lincoln, RI.
