is localizing the battery supply chain through recovery, reuse, recycling, energy storage, and U.S.-based battery materials production.
What you will do
- Lead maintenance activities across a full-scale manufacturing facility while maintaining safety, environmental compliance, and operational discipline.
- Supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians, reinforcing accountability and standard work practices.
- Coordinate communication and work handoffs between shifts to maintain continuity of priorities and execution.
- Plan and execute corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.
- Improve equipment reliability, production uptime, and preventive maintenance programs while reducing unplanned downtime.
- Respond to equipment issues, troubleshoot complex systems, and support plant performance decisions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting experience with complex mechanical and electrical systems, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Working knowledge of NEC codes and NFPA 70E electrical safety practices.
- Ability to use schematics and blueprints, make independent decisions, and manage emergency situations calmly.
- Strong written communication skills for reports, business correspondence, and standard work procedures.
- Ability to stand for more than 80% of the shift, lift and carry up to 50 lbs, work at heights and in confined spaces, and wear required PPE including respirators or supplied-air systems.

- Electrical trade experience.
- Welding experience.
- Experience with motors, pumps, rotating equipment, forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts, or other specialized machinery.
