Customer Success Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote anywhere in South Dakota, based out of Sioux Falls, SD. Monday–Friday, 10:30 am–7:00 pm CST.

Salary: $20+ per hour, based on experience.

What you will do

• Support clients through chat, phone calls, and email.
• Listen to customers, explain products and services, solve problems, and provide proactive recommendations.
• Build trust and rapport while helping clients manage self-directed retirement accounts.
• Guide each inquiry from start to finish and propose solutions to complex situations.
• Collaborate with other teams to support customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service or customer success experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Customer orientation, adaptability, multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management.
• Ability to solve complex problems independently and manage them from start to finish.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
