What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent strategic transformation projects across the Deal Management portfolio.
• Define objectives, deliverables, success measures, project plans, milestones, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate delivery across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Technology, Operations, and external partners.
• Establish governance and reporting frameworks, track progress, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, implementation, training, communications, and business adoption activities.
• Produce status reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and programme governance materials.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Successful delivery of complex business or technology transformation projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and dependencies.
• Strong project planning, governance, reporting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Transformation, or Process Improvement.
• Experience with Data & Analytics Programmes, Enterprise Systems, Digital Transformation, Governance and Controls.
• Background in technology, distribution, professional services, or consulting environments.
