TL;DR
IT Project/Program Manager (AI) (Corporate IS/Manufacturing Operations): Leading end-to-end technology initiatives covering system implementations, integrations, infrastructure changes, and operational transformations with an accent on project governance, budgets, resource allocation, and change management. Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing critical-path milestones and risks, and standardizing scalable delivery processes across corporate IT and manufacturing environments.
Location: UK - Newcastle or Germany - Raunheim; in-office 4 days per week. Travel: 10–15% domestically and internationally.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end technology initiatives from scope definition through implementation and launch.
- Coordinate network, server, software enhancement, system integration, acquisition, divestiture, facility, and real-estate projects.
- Build standardized project management processes, tools, governance models, schedules, and implementation plans.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, test scenarios, critical-path milestones, risks, and contingency plans.
- Drive change management and maintain transparent communication with internal departments, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience leading cross-functional project teams in complex IT or operational environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, change management, and project governance tools.
- Strong interpersonal communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal daily oversight.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI, Google Workspace, data warehousing, ERP platforms, and analytics systems such as JIRA, Smartsheet, and Domo.
- Experience managing portfolios connecting corporate IT infrastructure with manufacturing operations.
