What you will do

• Lead large-scale strategic projects and transformational initiatives with high uncertainty and significant business impact.
• Solve complex business challenges through innovative, data-backed, user-first solutions.
• Manage relationships with C-level stakeholders and act as a strategic thought partner for leadership.
• Shape major decisions through in-depth analysis, strategic narratives, and integrated perspectives.
• Develop methodologies, best practices, and frameworks to improve execution consistency.
• Support team members, mentor colleagues, build a high-performance culture, and optimize organizational resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth technology environments.
• Track record of leading product- and technology-driven initiatives in partnership with Product and Engineering leadership.
• Experience owning large-scale cross-functional projects, including governance, operating cadence, accountability, critical-path management, and systemic-risk management.
• Ability to frame ambiguous, high-stakes problems, evaluate options and second-order effects, and drive executive-level trade-offs.
• Strong executive storytelling, stakeholder influence, decision-making, and transformation or change-management expertise.
