What you will do

• Own the complete delivery lifecycle from initial client engagement through go-live and transition to operations.
• Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive status reviews to secure buy-in and manage expectations.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality across multi-disciplinary teams including configuration, data, QA, and development.
• Proactively identify risks, model scenarios, and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project managers and coordinators to foster a culture of delivery excellence.
• Integrate AI and automation tools to enhance executive reporting, risk trend analysis, and delivery forecasting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience with a proven track record in Defined Benefit pension implementation.
• Mastery of client-facing software delivery and managing complex, multi-workstream projects.
• Deep domain knowledge of pension administration processes and technology landscapes.
• Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial control, change management, and risk mitigation.
• AI fluency with a practical understanding of applying generative AI and automation to project governance.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, data migration, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira.
