Limited Partner Relations Associate (Fintech)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid with office attendance 2–3 days per week

Salary: Base salary starts at $110,000 annually, plus benefits and equity.

What you will do

• Become an expert on the investor platform and administered funds, including non-standard cases.
• Support LPs and GPs with fund economics, capital calls, wire and banking issues, distributions, subscription documents, K-1 and tax questions, and fund reporting.
• Lead diligence calls, difficult stakeholder conversations, time-sensitive closings, and escalations through resolution.
• Coordinate with fund counsel, CFOs, legal, tax, sales, banking, and product partners to execute critical workflows.
• Identify recurring investor issues, translate them into product feedback, and manage relationships with key accounts.
• Use AI and coding tools to prototype or ship fixes and turn repetitive work into scalable workflows and automations.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with operational responsibilities, ideally in a startup or fintech environment.
• Clear, calm communication under pressure, including written communication, de-escalation, and handling complex stakeholder situations.
• Experience driving projects from idea to outcome by scoping work, coordinating contributors, and maintaining momentum independently.
• Practical use of AI tools to improve personal and team effectiveness.
• Curiosity about venture capital, private markets, and capital movement mechanics.
• Ability to work from the New York City office 2–3 days per week.
