Director of Product, Carrier Experience (Fintech)

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States; hybrid work with regular in-office collaboration

Salary: $240,000–$265,000 base salary per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the vision and strategy for the carrier experience across the app and card.
• Translate company goals into product bets, priorities, and an outcome-focused roadmap.
• Lead growth initiatives from discovery through launch and scale, improving onboarding, activation, usage, pricing, and monetization.
• Design trusted in-app experiences, including credit and incentive mechanics that work at scale.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, and Finance to deliver end-to-end experiences.
• Define growth metrics, use experimentation and customer feedback, and build and mentor a product management team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience owning customer-facing products in marketplaces, fintech, payments, or logistics, ideally for small businesses or independent operators.
• Track record of launching products that drive revenue growth, retention, or other measurable business outcomes.
• Strong customer research, analytical, strategic thinking, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Demonstrated interest in and innovative use of AI.
• Employment visa sponsorship or transfer of existing employment visa sponsorship is not available.
