Product Manager (Fintech)

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 USD annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for critical parts of the platform from strategy and prioritization through execution and launch.
• Define product vision across restaurant-facing and consumer-facing experiences while balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to deliver high-quality products.
• Research restaurant operators, servers, and diners through customer conversations, data analysis, and field observation.
• Identify and solve systemic problems across payments flows, loyalty mechanics, and restaurant integrations.
• Develop product leverage strategies using AI tools and track goals and metrics to guide iteration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer experiences, payments, fintech, or marketplace platforms.
• Experience shipping impactful products in fast-moving environments while maintaining quality and long-term scalability.
• Strong user empathy, customer research skills, and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
• Ability to align engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders around a shared vision.
• Analytical and structured thinking, including writing PRDs, analyzing funnels, and whiteboarding system designs.
• Clear communication and the ability to influence without formal authority.

• Experience with consumer apps involving loyalty, rewards, or membership mechanics.
• Experience applying AI to product development.
• Experience at a high-growth startup with fluid scope and significant ambiguity.
