Senior Consultant (Sage Intacct)

Salary: $88,000 - $118,000

What you will do

• Prioritize and lead efforts to keep the team current with technology trends including AI, systems, and consulting evolutions.
• Propose tailored solutions linked to client business needs, collect and analyze data, conduct interviews, and prepare reports as lead subject matter expert.
• Design and configure accounting systems in collaboration with client accounting and IT leadership to streamline processes and ensure data integrity.
• Generate financial and operational reports, synthesize insights, and present to stakeholders.
• Organize project work plans, monitor progress, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, and escalate issues.
• Train, mentor, and coach junior consultants while contributing to services and business development.
• Provide emergency on-site or remote support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience
• 5+ years in professional services or private industry focused on financial/accounting space
• Implementation experience with Sage Intacct (or equivalent cloud-based technology)
• Occasional Monday-Friday travel required
