Senior Executive Compensation Analyst

Location: Milpitas Office, California, United States; a secondary remote office designation is listed for Northern California.

Salary: $116,743–$193,338 per year

What you will do

• Advise Total Rewards leadership, HR Business Partners, and senior executives on executive compensation matters.
• Conduct executive market benchmarking, peer-group analysis, and compensation scenario modeling.
• Prepare executive-ready recommendations covering base pay, annual incentives, long-term incentives, equity awards, promotions, and retention strategies.
• Prepare Compensation and Talent Committee materials, including incentive design, compensation recommendations, equity budgeting, and scenario modeling.
• Support proxy disclosures, CD&A narratives, and SEC-required compensation tables with Legal, Finance, Investor Relations, and external advisors.
• Administer executive compensation programs and monitor governance and regulatory developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, HR, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6–10+ years of experience in executive compensation, compensation analytics, or total rewards within a public technology company.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience using executive compensation surveys such as Radford, Willis Towers Watson, or Mercer.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally in a highly regulated business environment.
• Strong executive communication skills and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
