Finance Director, FP&A (Manufacturing)

hirify.global develops optical and photonic technologies, including lasers, modules, and optical subsystems for data centers, telecommunications, industrial manufacturing, and sensing applications.

What you will do

• Lead annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, monthly outlooks, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Partner with Operations and Corporate Finance to improve productivity, cost efficiency, margins, spending discipline, and financial accountability.
• Oversee standard and actual product costing, manufacturing performance, labor productivity, overhead absorption, inventory optimization, and scrap reduction analysis.
• Lead capital expenditure planning, investment evaluation, ROI analysis, cash flow forecasting, and capital allocation.
• Improve financial systems, master data, reporting tools, automation, dashboards, analytics, and data governance.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives and develop a high-performing FP&A organization through coaching and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive finance experience in multinational organizations and 7 years of FP&A leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong experience in product costing, manufacturing finance, operational finance, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, SAP, or another major ERP system, plus advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence tools.
• Proven experience leading finance teams, influencing senior leaders, and working in global matrix organizations and US-listed public companies.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required for communication across global teams.

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
