What you will do

• Own monthly and quarterly revenue and gross profit analysis for the CFO and executive leaderhirify.globalp.
• Decompose revenue and gross profit movements by volume, price, customer, product, category mix, and new versus existing business.
• Build gross profit bridges, identify margin divergence, and size penetration, cross-sell, and white-space opportunities.
• Prepare revenue and gross profit content for the monthly CFO reporting pack and present recommendations to senior leaderhirify.globalp.
• Build and maintain revenue and gross profit driver models for annual planning, forecasting, scenarios, and sensitivity analysis.
• Lead and develop one analyst while creating scalable analytical frameworks and applying AI and automation tooling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent commercial finance and analytics experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in commercial finance, sales finance, revenue analytics, or FP&A, including 3+ years in management.
• Experience decomposing revenue and gross profit movements into named drivers and explaining them to senior leaderhirify.globalp.
• Experience in gross-margin-driven businesses, working with large datasets, and managing or developing an analyst.
• Expertise in strategic planning, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, corporate governance, compliance, and business intelligence tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology reselling, distribution, or value-added reselling.
• Experience with renewal, subscription, recurring-revenue, vendor rebate, and funding analytics.
• Segment or practice-level P&L ownerhirify.globalp.
• Power BI, advanced Excel, and practical AI tooling experience in finance workflows.
