Corporate Forecasting Manager (Oracle EPM): Leading and optimizing enterprise-wide forecasting with Oracle EPM Planning, including scalable EPM models, rolling forecasts, and financial reporting with an accent on machine learning, predictive analytics, and system automation. Focus on developing forecasting models, integrating Oracle EPM with enterprise platforms using SQL and Python, and improving data-load, calculation, and reporting performance.

What you will do

Lead and optimize the enterprise-wide forecasting process using Oracle EPM Planning.
Design, build, and maintain scalable EPM models for dynamic planning, scenario analysis, and rolling forecasts.
Develop and deploy machine learning models for forecast improvement, anomaly detection, and predictive insights.
Automate data flows and integrations between Oracle EPM and enterprise platforms using SQL, Python, and related technologies.
Manage Oracle load processes, custom business rules, calculation scripts, forms, outlines, load rules, and batch scripts.
Monitor KPIs, perform variance analysis, optimize application performance, and maintain narrative and centralized financial reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, computer science, data science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in FP&A or financial systems management, including full-lifecycle Oracle EPM Planning implementation.
Strong programming skills in Calculation Manager scripts, Groovy, and/or SQL.
Experience developing machine learning models for forecasting and predictive analytics.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Hands-on experience with the full suite of Oracle Cloud EPM products and the ability to train and mentor finance teams.

Nice to have

Oracle EPM certification or equivalent experience.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
Experience with REST API integrations and cloud-based data architecture.
