Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States (on-site)

Salary: $200,000–$350,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global is building AI agents that autonomously resolve enterprise IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Security, and Operations tasks from Slack or Teams.

What you will do

• Shape product experiences for enterprise AI agents and autonomous back-office workflows.
• Work with founders and customers to turn real workflows into simple, high-quality product experiences.
• Design systems for configuring workflows, defining policies, and enabling agents to act across enterprise systems.
• Drive product design end-to-end, from ambiguous customer requests and product requirements to shippable designs.
• Own the broader design surface when needed, including brand, presentations, website, and office design updates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience, ideally in resource-constrained early-stage startups.
• Exceptional craft and quality standards, with strong information architecture and UX design thinking demonstrated in a portfolio.
• Full mastery of Figma.
• Experience or willingness to work across the full product lifecycle and navigate ambiguity.
• Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco.
